Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your blooms arrive fresh and on time. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed within our standard operating hours. To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be confirmed and paid for before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Pretoria and selected areas within Gauteng.

• Pretoria Deliveries:
  Delivery within Pretoria is available at a flat rate. Same-day service applies as long as the order is confirmed within business hours.

• Gauteng (Outside Pretoria):
  We do deliver outside of Pretoria within the broader Gauteng region. However, additional delivery fees will apply, and fees increase depending on the distance from our studio. You will be notified of the final delivery fee upon confirming your delivery address.

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Important Notes

• Delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

• In cases where delivery cannot be completed (e.g. incorrect address or no one available to receive), we will attempt to contact you. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
