We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All purchases are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@thebloomstudio.co.za if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable once purchased.

Please note:
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges, but only if the original purchased product is returned in its original, undamaged condition on the same day of purchase. If you received a bouquet with noticeably old or damaged flowers, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and assist with an exchange where appropriate.


Refunds

We have a strict no-refund policy.

If your order qualifies as faulty or incorrect, we may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
